Our practice is working with appointments, i.e. appointments are made at specific times and an individually determined time slot is scheduled for your treatment. This way we ensure short waiting times and organizationally smooth processes for all our patients. We therefore ask you to cancel appointments in advance (if possible 24 h beforehand) by telephone or e-mail.
